Swordcrafters Expanded Edition

Swordcrafters Expanded Edition is a board game for 1–5 players. It plays in 25–35 minutes and is meant for ages 13 and up. Ludoya players call it best with 4.

Players compete to forge the best sword from a shared grid of sword tiles. Each round, they make a cut in the grid, then select one separated group of tiles to add to their sword. When the grid can no longer be replenished, swords are scored for length, quality based on adjacent matching gems, and magic according to three sword magic cards. The expanded edition adds three modular systems that can be played separately or combined. Relics introduce new tiles and set-collection choices, Tips provide personal scoring goals, and Mastery offers mini-goals to complete throughout the game.
