The Banner Saga: Warbands

A cooperative miniatures board game for 1–4 players, set among leaders guiding a warband through war and hardship. Players take on roles such as Quartermaster, Keeper of Names, Warmaster, or Thane, each with personal priorities that can conflict with the group’s survival. The game centers on making difficult decisions, negotiating compromises, and dealing with the consequences while trying to keep the warband together and alive.
