Veto Wild Waters

Players shed cards in an ocean-themed battle, playing cards of equal or higher value while using wild and action cards to alter the rules. A VETO card can prevent a player from picking up cards when a matching card is played. Once their hand is empty, players continue from face-down Ground piles, playing blindly until one player gets rid of all their cards. Decks can be combined for more than four players.
