2D6 Powers

A rules supplement for 2D6 roleplaying games that supports superheroes, pulp mystery-men, masked vigilantes, and transhuman protagonists. It introduces a Power characteristic to establish a character’s overall ability level, then uses descriptive Applications to define flexible powers for combat and non-combat situations. The rules also address balancing ordinary skilled heroes against powerful metahumans and include guidelines for creating super-weapons and specialized equipment.
