2 or 4 players vie for control of the seas in an asymmetric area movement game covering the naval war of World War II. Players command major Axis and Allied warships across combined Atlantic and Pacific theaters, maneuvering fleets and resolving strategic naval engagements from the early Atlantic war through the Battle of the Philippine Sea.
