A monster-building supplement for 3.5-era fantasy roleplaying games, containing more than 100 templates for modifying existing creatures. Templates cover themes including undead, demons, devils, apocalyptic riders, constructs, and other unusual transformations, with challenge rating modifiers ranging from -4 to +6. Guidelines explain how to apply templates, combine them with one another, and use some with player characters. Each entry includes a sample creature with ready-to-use statistics, challenge ratings from 1/2 to 24, and a complexity rating for quick reference.
