Players continue a Dream-Quest campaign in an icy, otherworldly setting as investigators reach the lost realm of Kadath and confront a pervasive, inscrutable presence. The scenario plays as the fourth encounter of the cycle and is usable either as a standalone mission or integrated into the larger Dream-Eaters campaign. Gameplay focuses on navigating shifting locations, resolving scenario-specific objectives, and managing mental stress from reality-bending effects. Players must uncover clues, trigger key story events, and coordinate abilities to expose and contest an elusive antagonist whose effects alter encounters and player perception.
