Players run a dog-walking service in upper Manhattan, juggling multiple clients with different needs such as walk length, activities, bathroom breaks, and compatibility between dogs. Each turn players pick up and walk dogs along optimized routes, use public transport to reposition, and arrange drop-offs to meet return times and client expectations. Good ratings unlock abilities that expand capacity and actions—more simultaneous dogs, off-leash park visits, extra pickups and shops—while late returns reduce pay. The game focuses on route optimization, hand management of dog schedules, and timing decisions across a 45–60 minute playtime.
