Players build a neighborhood panorama by constructing houses that connect into a shared layout. Each round, players choose between adding resource tokens to a common market or spending resources to build houses from their hand. Houses require specific resource combinations and must link to existing buildings according to neighborhood rules, so placement and available materials determine scoring. Competition arises from the shared supply: resources added to the market are available to all, and opponents can acquire pieces to advance their own neighborhoods while limiting others.
