A bestiary for D100-based roleplaying games, covering more than 200 animals, monsters, nonhumans, and nonplayer characters from history, prehistory, mythology, fantasy, science fiction, and the modern world. Entries include natural animals, dinosaurs, megafauna, summoned creatures, aliens, robots, and other adversaries. The book also provides rules for customizing creatures and NPCs, creating familiars and kaiju, harvesting creature parts, building villains, and using dragon, elf, giant, and dwarf heritages as player characters. Guidelines support use with Basic Roleplaying and related games such as RuneQuest, Call of Cthulhu, and Pendragon.
