I've become a big fan of Wolfgang Kramer and Michael Kiesling games and this is not one of their games I can recommend checking out. I was excited to play a game with such a strange theme. Buffalo. Awesome. And this game has a turkey track? Yeah, I was in. I saw some online reviews, and found out that it's more of a Native American resource collection / area majority game, which was less exciting, but still. A k&k game with a turkey track. Still in. Well, in the end the game is fine, but not very exciting. Once per turn you place a tile with a few cubes, and then you take two other actions that are either moving your cubes around very slowly between tile features, or converting them to structures that win for area majority. Then you collect whatever stuff you are sitting on, rinse, repeat. Then for endgame scoring you zero your resources and then collect one last time, and whoever collected the most stuff at the very end wins. It's mechanically competent but it's missing something for it to be in any way interesting or special. I'd say this guy might just be a victim of his age as it's a 2006 release, but el grande was 1995 so I really don't know what the excuse for this being so dry is. ★ Art and components ☆ Innovative mechanics ☆ Handles 5 or more players ☆ Good with min or max players ★ Low time between turns ☆ Comfortable complexity ☆ Re-playability ★☆☆ Enjoyment

Juego de mayorías en una hora en el que los turnos cada vez son más interesantes. Y ese es el mayor inconveniente que le veo, si el juego fuese como su último turno me parecería un juzgado pero los primeros turnos son bastante anodinos.
