This 4E roleplaying supplement expands the use of skills beyond combat. It explains how to design skill challenges, provides new challenges for parties across the heroic, paragon, and epic tiers, and presents additional applications for every skill in the Player’s Handbook. It also includes three new rituals whose effects are determined through skill use.
