Citizens of the Spark: Rise & Fall Mini-Campaign

This mini expansion adds a competitive campaign mode for 2–5 players to the base game. Over five games, players guide their cities through different ages, each with a unique setup, citizen card set, rule twists, and special conditions. Prestige is awarded after each game based on sparks earned, and the player with the most prestige after the campaign wins. The five scenarios can also be played separately as additional card sets and rulesets.
