Cold City Second Edition

A roleplaying game set in Berlin in 1950, where the occupying powers of Britain, France, the USA, and the USSR pursue competing agendas amid the tensions of the early Cold War. Players portray investigators protecting the city from monstrous horrors born of occult experiments, twisted science, and the legacies of war. Characters are defined by their own abilities, hidden agendas, and the opinions and trust of the other characters. Conflicts use opposed pools of ten-sided dice built from attributes, traits, tools, relationships, and thematic sources of opposition. Successes determine the outcome and create consequences that change the characters, story, and ongoing pressure of the Cold War.
