Cosmic Run: Envoy Expansion

Adds six envoy cards that grant each owner a recurring once-per-turn power. Players acquire an envoy by assigning the blue die showing the envoy’s specific value; the card then stays with that player until another player claims it by assigning the matching blue die. Envoys function like the base game’s Alien cards mechanically but provide ongoing abilities rather than one-shot effects, introducing new strategic options tied to blue-die placement.
