Cthulhu Wars: High Priest Expansion Pack

Adds a new cultist subtype represented by identical priest figures in faction colors. The unit recruits for cost 3, generates 1 power in the gather phase, can create and control gates, and is subject to capture like a standard cultist. A player may sacrifice the priest at any time outside of an action or while captured to immediately gain 2 power, providing a comeback option when power is depleted. The pack is required to use unique high priest variants and provides one figure for each supported faction (some factions are not included).
