DC Deck-Building Game: Gotham City Docks Promo

A location card representing a gritty dockside setting, sold as a promotional item for retail kits. It costs 4 and is worth 1 VP. When played it stays in front of the player as an ongoing effect. Once each turn the player may send a Line-Up card costing 6 or less to the bottom of the main deck and immediately replace it, giving controlled recycling of available cards.
