Dro Mandras - The Free West

A scaled adventure set in Dro Mandras, the capital and largest trade center of the Duchy of Karbosk. Orc hordes have sacked much of the city, leaving the Duke with a tenuous hold over its remaining districts. The material supports low- to mid-level campaigns within the city, where characters may join the defense, pursue fugitives, collect bounties, and navigate areas controlled by competing forces. Its adventure locations are designed to remain fluid rather than static, allowing the campaign to develop as the struggle for the city changes.
