Adds ship designs, rules updates, scenarios, and historical background for the Middle Years setting of the Starfleet universe. Ships are presented as 70 black-and-white designs intended to be photocopied for use with existing core materials. Includes 10 new scenarios based on border conflicts from the Middle Years and a short history essay about that era. Requires a Federation Commander core product (for example Klingon Border, Romulan Border, or Academy) to play.
