Gift of Tulips

Players visit a tulip festival to build bouquets, give tulips to others, and influence the market ranking of four tulip colors. On each turn a player draws two tulip cards and performs KEEP, GIVE, or ADD actions: keep a card face up to score if that color ranks low, give a card to another player to score both for the gift and the tulip’s value, or add a card to the public festival (or the secret festival) to change color rankings. When the deck is exhausted, secret festival cards are revealed to finalize the market. Final scoring awards points for having the most and next-most cards in the top festival colors, with ties broken by total value.
