Great War at Sea: Black Waters

A hypothetical German-American naval conflict centered on the Caribbean, with additional actions in European waters. This supplement for the Great War at Sea series includes over two dozen scenarios based on American war plans, including revised scenarios and the War Plan Silver campaign. Players command fleets featuring proposed battleships, battle cruisers, dreadnoughts, pre-dreadnoughts, light carriers and other naval units from the United States, Germany and several regional powers. It is not a stand-alone game and requires other Great War at Sea titles to play most or all scenarios.
