GURPS Power-Ups 4: Enhancements

This GURPS supplement expands the Basic Set’s rules for modifying advantages with more than 50 general enhancements, including new options and variants. Each enhancement is classified to indicate its likely impact on game balance. The book provides guidance for handling complex enhancements, introduces meta-enhancements for creating new ability categories, expands the Cosmic enhancement, and clarifies rules for modifying existing damage. A reference table lists the enhancements and their ratings.
