It provides procedures for calling on institutional influence, accounting for the situation, the story, and personal abilities when determining the likelihood of success. Examples cover requests ranging from social invitations and release from prison to military support, along with guidance on organizational structures, rank levels, nonplayer characters, and supernatural forms of authority.
