Hobby Horse

Three schoolgirls in a social housing area north of Copenhagen share an interest in dressage competitions with hobby horses. Through a dark winter and into early spring, they develop a close friendship while facing personal dilemmas and concerns about how others view their hobby. This semi-live game follows their training for a major competition. Players use provided hobby horses with distinct personalities and temperaments, animating them to influence the characters and shape the narrative. An introductory workshop teaches the techniques for working with the horses.
