An expansion collection that adds four regional maps and their rule variants for use with the base game. Each map introduces location-specific mechanics that change resource markets, power plant availability, and connection rules. The Korea map splits the resource market into North and South. The China map enforces a planned-economy ordering of power-plant releases in early game steps. The Japan map allows two separate starting networks and restricts initial connections to certain cities. The Russia map limits the power-plant market and alters plant-exchange rules, prompting different strategic priorities.
