India Rails

India Rails is a board game for 2–6 players. It plays in 180 minutes and is meant for ages 12 and up. Ludoya players call it best with 3.

Players build rail track across a map of India by drawing routes with crayons and placing train tokens, starting with a small amount of capital for initial construction. Income comes from picking up and delivering commodity cubes between cities for set prices, while track expansion and operational choices affect route efficiency and earning potential. Players buy track, move trains, and manage money; the first to reach a monetary goal and connect all major cities through their network achieves victory. Optional integration rules allow combining this map with supplemental scenarios from a compatible expansion.
