Insults & Injuries: A Pathfinder Sourcebook for Medical Maladies

This Pathfinder sourcebook presents real-world illnesses and medical conditions in game terms. It includes rules for more than 50 diseases and disorders, covering their effects and treatment through mundane and magical means, along with systems for alcohol, drugs, poisons, mental illness, and surgical procedures. The book also introduces four prestige classes focused on nonmagical healing, plus new spells, equipment, and feats. Additional rules address how illnesses affect non-human ancestries, including Drow, Dwarves, Elves, Giants, Goblins, and Orcs.
