Kyoto no Neko

Players take the role of kittens exploring a modern-day Kyoto through a series of independent, replayable scenarios. Each scenario gives a set of missions tied to catlike activities—befriending a schoolboy, confronting an aggressive stray, or pilfering food from another cat’s bowl. A skill system lets each kitten evolve during play, unlocking new movement options like climbing bushes and rooftops and enabling access to new map areas. Turns reveal city elements and inhabitants, represented by tiles and standees, that shape interactions with human and animal denizens as players complete objectives and develop their characters.
