This expansion adds 55 cards to the base deck, introducing more stick-figure artwork, serial-killer mayhem, and gruesome humor. New cards include Aneurysm, Election Tampering, Self-Defense Classes, Gary Coleman, Plague Rats, Sledgehammer, and Trunk of a Stolen Car. Mix the cards into the base deck to add new ways to create dead bodies during play.
