This supplement explores the Dwarf realm of Karaz Ankor and the hold of Karak Norn, covering its history, patrons, cannon foundries, merchants, taverns, and elite Peak Guard. It provides guidance for adventures involving Dwarf customs, oaths, vengeance, rival holds, and neighbouring nations, along with new downtime Events and Endeavours and rules for underground combat. It also introduces the Skaven warband of Blistrox Blyte, whose efforts to infect Dwarf outposts in the Grey Mountains are hindered by divisions within Clan Morbidus.
