A 128-page expansion for a steam pulp fantasy roleplaying game, focusing on Lyonesse, the capital of the Alfheim Empire. The city combines universities, museums, galleries, docks, steelworks and factories with immigrant communities, business, culture and organized crime. The book describes twelve districts, the city’s Mist, Stink and Machine, magical organizations, clubs and societies, an arsenal and expanded magic rules. It also includes thirteen new enemies, a campaign outline for famous characters, twelve scenarios and 164 adventure ideas.
