Metacide

This sourcebook presents a Power Level 9 rogue antagonist for superhero roleplaying campaigns. A non-powered hunter, he relies on anti-metahuman weapons, specialized training, and the P.A.S.S. system to pursue and destroy anyone with superhuman abilities. The character can serve as an enemy, hired operative, or recurring threat in the Beacon City setting or other campaigns, particularly in stories involving metahuman prejudice, identity, and conflict between powered heroes and ordinary people.
