Napoleon and the Archduke Charles: The Battle of Abensberg

A two-player historical wargame simulating the Battle of Abensberg on April 20, 1809. One player commands the French forces, while the other leads the Austrians. Movement, combat, leadership, and morale rules reflect the conditions faced by the historical commanders. Each hex represents 600 yards, and turns cover approximately 35 minutes. Victory depends on controlling objectives and inflicting losses. The game includes two scenarios and can be linked with a related battle game to form a campaign covering the fighting around Eckmühl.
