This supplement expands a Marvel superhero role-playing campaign into New York City, a setting of gang wars, mutant rampages, super-powered criminals, and other urban threats. It includes a combat wheel, a random adventure generator, and a collection of short adventures for starting an urban campaign or adding encounters to an existing one. The supplement also extends the original campaign map to the river and includes a rogues’ gallery of heroes and villains. Contents include an assembly-ready combat wheel, adventure and character booklets, and a 21½-by-33-inch city expansion map.
