Nightfighter: Air Warfare in the Night Skies of World War Two

A tactical board game simulating night air combat in World War II where an umpire controls attacking bomber forces and a defending player must find, fix, and destroy them using a blind play system. Players execute period tactics and technologies across scenarios that range from early Blitz cat’s-eye intercepts to late-war intruder operations, incorporating radar-guided interceptions, searchlights, airborne radar, electronic countermeasures, and special weapons such as Schräge Musik. More than forty scenarios chart the development of nightfighting doctrine and include dozens of fighter and bomber variants from multiple theaters, with most scenarios playable in 30–45 minutes.
