Aliens move through the station, attempting to capture and probe survivors. Players explore the maze, evade threats, and decide whether to rescue other survivors or take their supplies. Cooperative rules add shared missions, while modular maze tiles and action tiles support different game configurations. The expansion includes alien and survivor components, along with mission tokens and rules for cooperative play.
