NXS

An abstract strategy game played on hexagonal boards with hexagonal pieces. Each player arranges a set number of pieces on a personal board, then connects the boards in a two- or three-player layout. Players alternate moving and rotating pieces to capture opposing pieces and territory. Territory is claimed by surrounding spaces, and the first player to capture the agreed number of spaces wins. Optional rules allow players to rotate an entire board, while additional neutral boards support four- and six-player games.
