A catastrophic power surge has shut down the Olympian Holobeam Array, a classified research facility built to investigate a fringe theory of physics. Although power and communications have been restored, Delta Green suspects that something unnatural occurred. Players take the roles of Agents sent to inspect the facility under cover of a Department of Energy safety investigation. They investigate the Array, uncover what happened during the outage, and work to contain the consequences of its dangerous experiments.
