Players lead a band of heroes on a covert expedition into a heavily guarded dwarf mine to recover a hidden artifact. The module adds new enemies, patrol mechanics and environmental hazards tied to the mine’s labyrinthine tunnels and rising alert levels. Players navigate galleries, manage stealth and timing to avoid or overcome patrols, and perform methodical actions to explore, loot and escape before the alarm spreads. The chapter introduces campaign scenarios that integrate losses and consequences into the wider campaign progression.
