Origin: Hairy Deathclaw (Shadowclaw)

Players take the role of a Hairy Deathclaw, an engineered creature created by the pre-War American government as an intelligent animalistic super soldier. Closely related to the larger coastal Deathclaws, these creatures were designed to understand orders without questioning them and are known as Shadowclaws outside the Midwest.
