Wysokie Napięcie: Europa Centralna/Beneluks

Two double-sided maps present the Benelux region on one side and a Central Europe layout on the other, each with region-specific rule tweaks. Players build connections and power plants on the map while buying fuel and expanding their networks, as in the base system. The Benelux side favors ecological sources and shifts fuel availability toward oil over coal, giving greater opportunities to acquire green plants. The Central Europe side increases coal availability—especially reflecting Polish supplies—and restricts access to nuclear plants in some countries, changing fuel strategy and plant selection.
