Power Grid: Québec/Baden-Württemberg

Two new regional maps present distinct energy networks and rule tweaks for the core auction-and-network game. The first map models a province with abundant hydro resources; green hydro plants behave specially in the plant market and several cheap local connections create tight decisions about where to build and when to expand. The second map represents a smaller, denser region where the round sequence is altered—players buy power plants before reordering turn order—and some cross-regional connections only open in later phases. Players bid for power plants, buy resources, build network connections on the map, and power cities to score income, adapting strategies to each map’s unique constraints.
