Rising Sun: Kami Unbound

Kami Unbound lets Kami manifest, aid their favored clan, and affect provinces directly. Each Kami begins in a specific Province and remains there until a clan worships it, gaining its power card and control of its figure. A favored Kami moves when its clan Marshals and counts as Force during Harvests and Battles. It cannot be taken hostage, targeted by Betrayal, or killed. Its controller may consume a Shinto worshipper to activate the Kami’s special power, but favor can pass to another clan with more Shinto worshippers or greater Honor in a tie.
