On each turn, players draft and place district tiles across the map, balance taking on new projects versus capacity limits, and develop five distinct district types. Cable car lines are built strategically to increase scoring and connect areas. Foundations and landscape elements enable skyscraper construction and influence further development. Scoring rewards well-planned district arrangements, efficient project timing, and effective transit placement.
