Serpents in the Cradle
The heroes explore an ancient underground monastery on their newly discovered alien world, uncovering clues to the planet’s history. On returning to the surface, they find an illegal settlement linked to the Aspis Consortium established in their territory. When problems begin affecting their own settlement, the heroes must determine whether the troubles are bad luck or deliberate sabotage. This adventure for four 3rd-level characters continues the Horizons of the Vast Adventure Path and includes information on the Aspis Consortium, relics tied to balance and renewal, and a selection of alien creatures.
