Players act as a team manager and general manager using player-specific pitcher and batter cards built from real statistical probabilities. Gameplay resolves at-bats and pitching matchups with dice or computer lookup, while players set the lineup, choose starters, make pitching changes, and call strategies such as steals, bunts, hit-and-run, intentional walks, defensive positioning, and substitutions. A full season simulation produces player, team, and league statistics that mirror actual performance for the represented season. New player card sets are issued annually to reflect recent and historical rosters.
