Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon – War Runes

A set of three Runestones, each with various symbols on its sides, adds a random element to Encounters. At the start of an Activation, before playing cards, all three Runestones may be cast once. The results alter the Encounter and are then spent to trigger the effects listed on the reference card. All three Runestones must be spent, even when some results are unfavorable.
