A campaign setting describing a civilized planet in the Outreamer Subsector, where rebels oppose an entrenched aristocracy. The 48-page book details the planet, other important installations, and a B-class starport, with a two-color 11" × 17" planetary map at the center. Four scenarios provide starting points for campaigns. The book also includes a mercenary regiment and cardstock vehicle cut-outs for 15mm gaming, including weapons carriers, armored personnel carriers, jeeps, scooters, and vehicle weapon turrets.
