Three teams compete in rapid, physical and silly challenges while the third team referees each round. The referee draws a card that specifies required equipment, how many players per side, and a time limit, then starts the round with a countdown. Two teams then race to complete the task; the winning team keeps the card as a point. Teams rotate roles after each round so the previous winner stays in play, the ref becomes a competitor, and the previous loser referees next. Play continues until one team collects seven task cards. Referees make the final calls and ties are resolved by drawing another card.
