Tests of Skill v.3.5: An OGL Adventure and Sourcebook

This OGL adventure and sourcebook presents the wild-land setting of Silurian Heights, which can serve as a standalone campaign region or be added to an existing fantasy setting. It includes urban areas, weather information, keyed NPCs, maps, encounter tables, three mini-dungeons, three scenarios, and additional scenario outlines. The encounters emphasize role-playing, skill use, diplomacy, and careful planning, while also supporting more traditional combat approaches. The book adds prestige classes, skills, feats, defects, monsters, rules for books and their effects on experience and skill checks, and guidance for adjudicating skill checks.
